Profile (brief history)
C. Wayne Ferrell of WAYNEFERRELL.COM Architecture, has been working in the field of architecture since 1977 (over 34 years), and in business for himself since 1988 (over 23 years). Mr. Ferrell, now licensed in 9 states, has designed and produced complete site plans and architectural drawings for work on countless projects of every type imaginable, from San Francisco to New York City, Chicago, Maine, Virginia, Jacksonville, Florida, Tampa bay, and greater Miami, and even all the way to Poland, many of which were joint ventures with his sister, Stephanie Ferrell, FAIA. Mr. Ferrell has also provided construction administration, field representation, and field inspection services. Mr. Ferrell has appeared on HGTV countless times, Deco Drive TV 4 times, Channel 6 TV Orlando, Channel 13 Tampa, and has been published in a variety of magazines and newspapers regarding a large variety of commercial and residential work. The firm designs on average 50-100 jobs per year.
